ㆍLeads and manages a team of engineers to implement projects and improvements in the area of responsibility

ㆍLiaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice to execute engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost

ㆍMonitors KPIs for engineering processes, progress against project schedules, budgets, and recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goal

ㆍMaintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise to be able to analyze technology, resources and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of project

ㆍCoordinates direct projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities, while driving continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness

ㆍSupport manufacturing operations by working with production management and direct manufacturing personnel in developing solutions to manufacturing problems

ㆍPromotes and enforces a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with applicable legislation and company policies and procedures

자격요건

ㆍBachelor`s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required

ㆍMinimum of five (5) years` work experience in manufacturing is highly preferred

ㆍMinimum of three (3) years in people management is highly preferred

ㆍKnowledge in CAD, PLC programming, and MS Office are required

ㆍGood communication skills in Korean and English are required
