* 자격요건
- 영어 구사능력 (필수)
- Graduate of BS in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of working experience in supporting firewalls, load balancers and proxy infrastructure
- Administration and troubleshooting experience of Bluecoat, Nokia firewall, Cisco firewall, Checkpoint
- Unix administration is a must
- Certification on Checkpoint or Cisco is an advantage
- Cisco CCNA or Cisco routing and switching / TCPIP protocol experience
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
- Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguity and take decisive action
- Good ability to analyze and solve complex problems using analytical and creative problem solving
skills
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical
problems

- 고객사 Web Hosting Network Infrastructure를 지원하는 업무
- 국내의 네트워킹 인프라를 지원함과 동시에 다른 지역(중국, 홍콩, 말레이시아 등)의 방화벽 등에 대한 업무
- Implements and maintains firewalls, proxy, web hosting network infrastructure
- Determines approach for customer, based on assessment of customer needs
- Provides technical consultation, support and guidance to organizations and clients
- Participates in discussions regarding project decisions and project direction
- Prepares proposal documentation and information to meet customer requirements
- Recommends data network direction to management and customers based on results of independent
assessment of current and future network performance, stability, and network management issues
- Performs cost analysis and vendor comparisons to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations;
measures feasibility of various approches, makes recommendations as appropriate.
