* QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum of HNC/HND (or equvilent country qualification), in a relevant business or technical discipline.
* EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years industrial experience in related industry sector
relevant product, market or technical knowledge.
* PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Should be an experienced manager, preferably who has worked within the laser industry
- Be a more senior person, who has the ability to manage the territory, and build good relationships with customers
- Maintain and develop a number of Key Accounts that will take priority, have the ability, flair and professionalism to communicate with senior management
- Have a demonstrable track record of sales to the industrial sectors we work within
- Have the capability to manage multiple accounts at any time
- Commercial aware, have the ability to discuss and negotiate with their manager at all levels
