Software Engineer
- Customer issue resolving by close working with customer RD and Mediatek internal RD - To provide technical training for new project development to customer RD - To provide technical answer for customer`s question in a timely manner - To develop and maintain new features requested by customer working with customer RD and internal RD - Frequent on-site support for certification test, manufacturing issue resolving, field test
Expect to have:
- Wi-Fi basic knowledge, such as Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 basic protocol, security.
- Have working experience on wpa_supplicant.
- Linux driver programming.
- Linux kernel knowledge.
- Wi-Fi debugging skills.
Good to have:
- Experience of Wi-Fi certification.
- Familiar to advanced IEEE 802.11 protocols such as 11n, 11ac, 11h, 11i..etc.
- Android wireless networking work experience.
- Deep understanding of Wi-Fi Direct protocols.
- Familiar to the Wi-Fi display (Miracast) spec.
- Throughput analysis skills.
- Good if have Wi-Fi/BT Coexistence knowledge.
- Working experience for LGE/Samsung TV connectivity.
- Working experience for Broadcom WiFi driver or other wireless vendors.
