  • Initiate new designated products (Special Application and Attachment) feasibility study and launch.
  • Develop local customized-solution and marketing strategy for designated products
  • Refine industry segment for designated products.
  • Execute segment focused designated products and positioning strategy in line with Korea and Region Asia¡¯s long-term strategy
  • Take a leadership for new designated products launching preparation incl. product positioning, sales training, product specification, system, MRS and sales argument, etc.
  • Consolidate all field requirements to feed back to product managers in P&RD for the new designated product, option development and improvement.
  • Develop/coordinate sales materials of designated product and execute product training for sales
  • Review and feedback the market intelligence
  • Drive designated product help desk on MRS, configuration, options, product comparison, technical issues, etc. and communicate with PMs in P&RD
  • Analyze competitors¡¯ products and execute competitor¡¯s comparison.
  • Support business directors and Head of sales in sales effect.
  • Support salesperson for tender with providing required documents and input from the source of
    demand

 

ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  • Bachelor¡¯s degrees or equivalent
  • Over 10 years with experience and knowledge in CE market, products and operation.
  • Sound business sense, good understanding of marketing, sales process.
  • Pricing knowledge in capital equipment industry will be added advantage 
  • Excellent understanding of customer needs in different CE segments & applications
  • Good understanding of marketing activities
  • Analytic ability with good business development sense
  • Skillful use of MS Office package
  • Very good collaborative mindset with strong English communication will be added advantage
  • Experience with global matrix business environment
  • Experience from dealer or customer interfaces
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills
