모집부문Field Application Engineer for Cyber Securities System
Job Description
    Engineering Role
  • Support our customers as primary technical contact for the products of CycurHSM and CycurLIB.
  • Integrate the products with the customer applications; including implementation of selected customer specific modifications;
    mapping product features/capabilities to OEM requirements
  • Train the customer on how to use and integrate the products with hands-on support and holding product trainings including
    hands-on practices on-site
  • Support our consulting team as technical product expert (e.g., product related consulting & engineering projects, analysis of
    customer requirements vs. product features/capabilities)
  • Participate in the CycurHSM and CycurLIB support processes (1st & 2nd level; analyzing JIRA tickets & customer requests,
    bug reports)
  • Feedback (new) technical customer requirements towards the product development
  • [Optional] Co-develop support for the products (e.g., target qualifications)
  • [Optional] Work on product related consulting & engineering projects

    Sales Role
  • Support the sales team as technical product expert
    (e.g., assist at product related quotations, analysis of customer requirements vs. product features/capabilities)
  • Attend follow-up customer meetings where deep technical expertise is required
  • Feedback (new) customer business requirements towards our sales and product management team
  • Demo our product capabilities to customers
Qualifications
    Hard Skills
    M : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering or similar
    M : 3+ years of experience developing embedded software in C ideally in the automotive domain
    O : FAE experience
    O : Understanding about cryptographic algorithms
    O : Automotive ECU development experience
    O : Understanding about AUTOSAR architecture and BSW
    O : Advanced knowledge of MISRA and secure coding guidelines
    O : Familiarity with ISO26262, A-SPICE, and related norms & processes
    O : Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM
    O : Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language and cryptography are a plus
    M = Mandatory, O = Optional
