Planning, execution, reporting of all AS marketing activities to increase turnover and customer satisfaction & loyalty. (i.e.. Service campaign/service product promotion/AS CRM/customer event)
Marketing communication for Aftersales such as material development, on/offline channel management
Communication to promote Porsche service in the market
Dealer Performance Management
Preparation of Dealer AS business plan and achievement follow up
Consolidate dealer AS performance and share with teams for improvement
Managing dealer target achievement and performance enhancement with various PKO Departments
TEQ, PDS, Classic Business Management
Business management, planning and marketing including case analysis, product portfolio management, demand and inventory management, claim handling
Support Homologation and pre-sales condition fulfillment process
Job Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry (Experience in Aftersales department advantageous)
Bachelor degree in Business administration, engineering or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Korean
