-Coordinate all activities between various stakeholders (e.g. Consultants, BU heads, Regional APAC office, Global functions) in relation to all local projects. -Ensure that comprehensive and sufficient project plans are in place for all strategic projects -Liaise with stakeholders to include relevant input and content -Drive the strategic process, including all steps of the implementation, define Milestones and objectives and support all participants to succeed -Ensure a sufficient communication about the strategic projects to all employees in Life Sciences and work closely with all stakeholders to prepare the necessary tools -Other tasks assigned by your superior.
Who You Are:
-Bachelor degree+, MBA must Management/ Strategic consulting background preferred, project management skills and experience Strong Analytical skills -Excellent communication Skills -Financial skills, basic understanding of P&L -Teamwork and working in a Matrix organization -Analytical skills & strategic planning -Knowledge of Korean Biotechnology/ Life Sciences market, or submarkets -Understanding of marketing strategies and APAC/Global Life Science strategies -Project Management Skills -Fluent in Korean (preferred), not must Excellent command in English
