- Responsibility
Interactions and interface between IEE and OEM and Tier1 customer in Korea.
Managing and coordinating for the following product and commercial activities.
All customer issues related to pricing, profitability, contractual, quality and delivery of products.
Managing the activities of direct reports which may include local sales representatives, account managers and internal sales support personnel.
Establish the strategic direction, priorities and leading the activities of the global account team.
Internal coordination of all account related activities including sales, marketing and new product/ new business development.
Insure that the high standard of professionalism is maintained by all IEE personnel in dealing with the customer.
- Requirements
University degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering or equivalent and/ or MBA.
Fluent in Korean and English. German and/ or French would be an asset.
A minimum of 10 years of related experience and a minimum of 5 years in automotive sales.
Demonstrates strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
Possess entrepreneurial spirit.
Can work in a team driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Persuasive and persistent.
